ORBE is een tafellamp met indirect licht, ontworpen om de omgeving zacht te verlichten.
Het stuk heeft een eenvoudige structuur, samengesteld uit het minimum dat nodig is voor zijn functionaliteit: de voorste doos herbergt de lichtbron en zorgt voor het gewicht dat de set ondersteunt; de conische plaat heeft de functie om het licht geleidelijk terug te kaatsen, waardoor een schaduwnuance ontstaat die het volume omringt; de rugsteun zorgt voor stabiliteit aan het stuk en voltooit het silhouet. Elk van deze elementen wordt gekenmerkt door het gebruik van verschillende kleuren en afwerkingen die de precieze samenstelling van de ORBE-lamp proberen te benadrukken.
