SAMENVATTING
Het ontwerp wordt gekenmerkt door de uitzonderlijke en speelse lampenkap die Weisdorfs passie voor veelzijdigheid weerspiegelt: De voet van de lamp bestaat uit drie basisvormen - twee vaste cilinders en een halve bol - omlijst door een dunne ring. Wat maakt het speciaal? De halve bol is in twee delen verdeeld, zodat de twee helften mobiel zijn en uitnodigen tot spelen met vormen en licht.
Door het draaien van de helften van de kap verandert de lamp niet alleen optisch, maar kan ook het licht dat verspreid wordt bepaald worden.
Draai beide helften naar beneden en het licht verlicht het plafond en creëert een gezellige sfeer. Door de helften naar boven te positioneren ontstaat er neerwaarts licht dat bijvoorbeeld de eettafel verlicht. Als de helften tegenover elkaar worden bewogen, wordt het licht indirect verspreid en ziet de lampenkap eruit als een sculpturaal kunstwerk.
