De abacus wordt al eeuwenlang gebruikt als hulpmiddel om wiskunde te onderwijzen en te communiceren. In verschillende vormen is de abacus overal in de oudheid aangetroffen. Bij Vakkerlight zagen we de schoonheid van de abacus, met zijn wiskundige zuiverheid en strakke, functionele ontwerp. In handen van de vakmensen van Vakkerlight hebben we deze inspiratie omgezet in een nieuwe collectie modulaire hanglampen. Dankzij hun flexibiliteit zijn complexe en prachtige configuraties mogelijk. Elke module, of streng, van de abacus bevat een op maat gemaakte set rond, mondgeblazen opaalglas dat zacht en gelijkmatig licht uitstraalt.
En omdat de originele abacus werd gebruikt om alles te berekenen, van simpele optellingen tot complexe formules, hebben we dezelfde schaalbaarheid behouden. Dankzij de aanpasbaarheid is onze Abacus-lamp even geschikt voor gebruik in huis als in een commerciële ruimte, en dankzij de vrijwel eindeloze configuratiemogelijkheden vindt u altijd de juiste oplossing.
