La serie de lámparas fue producida y vendida durante muchos años por la empresa eléctrica noruega Sønnico (Oslo). En 1954, la lámpara de mesa, entonces conocida como “s-30016”, recibió la muy apreciada Medalla de Oro en la Trienal de Milán.
En 2013 decidimos relanzar este clásico del diseño, cuidando de preservar la forma original y las características altamente funcionales que la convirtieron en un principio en una lámpara tan apreciada. La serie de lámparas Birdy está disponible en color blanco o gris con acabado en acero y en color negro con acabado en metal negro o latón.
