Integral zu PODGY ist eine Wabenstruktur aus Aluminium, die ein angenehm diffuses Licht erzeugt und gleichzeitig für eine gerichtete Beleuchtung sorgt. Die Wabenanordnung wurde ursprünglich von Fotografen verwendet, um im Studio ein weiches und kontrolliertes Licht zu erzeugen und so eine spielerische Interaktion zwischen der Lampe und dem Menschen zu schaffen.
