Petals Glass ist eine kleine Tischlampe, ein norwegischer Designer, der sich dank seiner Fähigkeit, Alltagsgegenständen Emotionen, Reiz und Ideen zu verleihen, auf der internationalen Bühne einen Namen gemacht hat.
Blom nimmt sehr wenig Platz ein, ist nur 24 cm hoch und hat einen Durchmesser von 15 cm. Sie ist eine leichte, lustige Lampe, die sich leicht aufnehmen und bewegen lässt und für jeden Zweck geeignet ist. Sein Name, eine Abkürzung des Wortes „blomst“, was auf Norwegisch „Boden“ bedeutet, ist von seinen blütenblattförmigen Blättern inspiriert.
Die Intensität kann dank der beiden Blütenblätter angepasst werden, die den Diffusor sanft umschließen und sich auf der Basis drehen, um die Blendung je nach persönlichem Bedarf abzuschirmen: Wenn die Blütenblätter ausgerichtet sind, strahlt die Lampe maximales Licht aus.
