La forme épurée de
Acorn s'inspire d'une forme naturelle, lui donnant des contours organiques et un profil discret. La teinte ressemble à la coquille vide d'un gland, qui devient creuse une fois que la noix mûre s'est libérée. Telle la tige d'un gland, le haut de l'abat-jour se rétrécit pour former une forme tactile.
Épurée et sophistiquée, la lampe est suspendue au plafond par un cordon en soie qui dissimule le câble d'alimentation à l'intérieur. La lampe se fixe au plafond avec un auvent conçu dans le même style que l'abat-jour.
